We accept all commonly used online payment methods are accepted. Payment is taken before the puzzle is received and after the puzzle is shipped cant be returned until the puzzle is also returned.

On international and local shipments, there is an external charge applied. However if £100 worth of puzzles are purchased at one time, this charge is dissolved. Our basic shipping is international tracked standard, and for UK deliveries it is Tracked 48. Exact shipping dates cannot be guaranteed due to delays on dispatch or external factors from shipping that we cannot control. If you would like to know more about your puzzles location or delay, feel free to contact us. Tracking codes will also be sent to you, however if you can’t find it we will always send it again.

Payment is taken at time of purchase. Any refunds required cannot be given until the puzzle has returned back to us. The window on returns is up to 14 days after the product is purchased.

All of our puzzles are handmade and quality checked, however human error is sometimes, although rarely, possible. If you are concerned about the quality of your puzzle, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to rectify any issues.

Our products can sometimes contain small parts, so we advise keeping away from small children who are likely to play with these and potentially throw and break parts or accidentally swallow them, posing a choking hazard.

Keep all puzzles indoors away from extreme heat to avoid discolouration or deformation of parts. Any puzzles with specific maintenance requirements will be provided with additional information inside its package on arrival. Any queries, feel free to contact us.
